Real Estate Sign Installation and Removal Services

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate property locations and specifications for sign installations and removals.
• All installations are performed in compliance with local property ordinances and laws.
• We aim to complete installations and removals within a reasonable timeframe, depending on demand and weather conditions. However, timelines may vary, and we do not guarantee any specific date or time for service completion.
• We are not responsible for damage to signs due to vandalism, theft, or extreme weather conditions once installed on the property.

Custom Woodworking Services

• Custom woodworking services include the creation of furniture, home décor, and gifts such as cutting boards, charcuterie boards, coasters, and live edge dining tables.
• The customer is responsible for providing clear instructions and specifications for custom orders, including dimensions, wood type, and finish.
• Due to the nature of custom work, slight variations in color, grain, or size may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique beauty of handcrafted items.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for services, custom furniture, and gifts are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

• Payment for real estate sign services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom woodworking orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup.
• For online purchases, payment must be made via the accepted payment methods listed on the website. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store any payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms for custom gifts and furniture will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Real Estate Sign Services

• Installation and removal services are only available within the specified Service Areas. We do not offer services outside these areas unless explicitly agreed upon.

Custom Woodworking and Gift Shipping

• Shipping for custom gifts and furniture is available nationwide, with additional charges for packaging, handling, and delivery. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the size and complexity of the order, as well as the delivery location.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Real Estate Sign Services

• Cancellation of sign services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation or removal. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Custom Woodworking

• Due to the personalized nature of custom woodworking projects, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun.
• If there is a defect in the materials or craftsmanship, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assess the issue for repair or replacement at our discretion.
